HUMIC POWER

HUMIC POWER stands for the power of Humic Acids. We extract them from pristine natural moor and then add them to our products in the form of our TRAWENMOOR Essence as a particularly pure signature active ingredient.

TRAWENMOOR ESSENCE

The moor essence originating from the Trawenmoor raised bog in Bad Traunstein is a certified medicinal peat product that is particularly rich in Humic Acids. Humic Acids result from a decay process of mosses, grasses, wood and medicinal herbs. During the process, the plant substances are converted into highly bioavailable minerals, amino acids and trace elements and then fixated in Humic Acids. Thanks to the Humic Acids it contains, the effect of the essence addresses two key approaches to reducing premature skin aging.

PROTECTION

The skin is effectively freed from harmful substances and its metabolic function is promoted. Humic Acids bind free radicals on the skin and neutralize them. Reducing oxidative stress prevents cell damage in the long term and protects the skin.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

Inflammation aging describes the process of premature skin aging caused by low-grade, chronic inflammations of aging skin. Humic Acids have an anti-inflammatory effect. They mitigate inflammatory processes, provide relief and strengthen the skin.

The extract, which has won several innovation awards, is based on a novel anti-aging concept: It supports the vitality of the cell nuclei.

MOOR PLANT TRIO

Peat Moss, Fern and Shrub Lichen are excellent moisturizers.

FERMENTED BIRCH MUSHROOM

This extract is a multitalented ingredient. Its versatile properties help the skin to regenerate.

CELL-ADAPT

The activity of the skin cells is directly linked to the structure and quality of the connective tissue, the stability of the skin barrier and moisture level. Therefore, a decrease in cell activity quickly manifests in the form of irritation, dryness and aging. Among other things, cell activity is influenced by climatic conditions. The cell extract derived from leaf moss extract improves the ability of the skin cells to adapt to climatic and urban strains and stresses. Enabling the skin to respond more rapidly to changing influences counteracts stress-related skin changes.

MOISTURE

Sufficient moisture is necessary for the optimal function of skin regeneration processes. With increasing age, the skin’s need for moisture also increases. Mosses are the oldest land-based plants on the planet and have a tremendous water storage capacity.

The Moor Plant Trio consists of Peat Moss, Fern and Shrub Lichen – three excellent moisturizers. This trio rehydrates the skin and increases its water storage capacity. The skin gains moisture volume and is able to regenerate sufficiently. It appears fresh and plump.

REGENERATION

The skin’s own regeneration mechanisms aim to maintain or restore youthful, healthy skin. If the skin’s ability to regenerate is decreased, this results in reduced cell division. Fermented Birch Mushroom Extract acts as a moisturizer with an antioxidant effect. It provides anti-pollution protection and shields against photo-aging so that biological and physiological processes can work unhindered. Beta-Glucan also supports collagen synthesis and DNA repair. This improves the skin’s ability to regenerate, resulting in a stable skin barrier, firm connective tissue and wrinkle reduction.
