Legal warranty

As a consumer, you are entitled to a legal warranty of at least two years when purchasing goods within the European Union.

If a purchased product is defective, does not conform to its description, or does not function as intended, the seller is obligated to repair or replace the item free of charge. If this is not possible, or if the repair or replacement cannot be carried out within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience, you may request a full or partial refund of the purchase price.

The statutory warranty period begins upon receipt of the goods. Depending on applicable national regulations, you may also be entitled to additional consumer rights.
