They are used as an intensive treatment and unfold their full potential when used consistently for 4 weeks.
Ampoule types & alternatives
Like serums, ampoules are concentrated active ingredients. Face serums are intended for daily use, while ampoules are integrated into the daily routine up to four times a year as an intensive treatment for a few weeks. Depending on your current skincare focus, an ampoule provides the highest concentration of active ingredients and product quantity to improve the appearance of your skin.
Using ampoules in your skincare routine
Proper application is crucial to realizing the full potential of ampoules:
- Thoroughly cleanse the skin: The active ingredients can only penetrate deeply and work optimally on completely cleansed and toned skin.
- Carefully open the ampoule: Break off the neck of the ampoule at the predetermined breaking point using a cosmetic tissue or special ampoule opener – for maximum safety and hygiene.
- Apply the entire contents to the face, neck, and décolleté: 1 ampoule = 1 application, even if the amount seems too much at first glance. First, pour the entire contents of the ampoule into your hand and apply it evenly to the entire face, neck, and décolleté.
- Gently pat in – do not rub: Lightly patting the product into the skin ensures that the ingredients are absorbed particularly effectively.
- Finally, apply your skincare cream: The cream seals in the effects of the ampoule and provides the skin with lipid-rich protection.
Effective ingredients in ampoules
All Dr. Spiller Beauty of Nature ampoules contain carefully selected active ingredient compositions that do not contain any preservatives. The basis of all 13 ampoules is hyaluronic acid, which is a significant difference from conventional ampoules. Not all of the following ingredients are present in every formulation at the same time – but each of our ampoules contains at least one of the active ingredients mentioned and is sealed with hyaluronic acid. This means that every skin type benefits from a highly effective, targeted solution.
- Hyaluronic acid plays a central role in moisturizing ampoules. It intensively binds water, ensuring visibly smoother, plumper skin – ideal for dryness and feelings of tightness.
- Witch hazel is mainly used in clarifying ampoules for oily or blemished skin. It refines pores, has an astringent effect and helps to visibly even out unevenness and imbalances.
- Allantoin is a proven active ingredient in soothing ampoules. It relieves irritation and promotes regeneration.
- Vitamin C protects against free radicals and thus prevents oxidative stress, which causes enormous damage to our cells. In addition, vitamin C provides the skin with particularly strong support in building collagen and strengthening connective tissue.
- Ectoine protects the skin and especially our cells from stress factors caused by environmental pollution. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and promotes regeneration.
