Retinol⁺ Serum with highly concentrated, encapsulated Vitamin A breaks down keratinized skin cells and improves the skin’s regenerative capacity as well as its cell metabolism. The keratolytic effect of Retinol additionally serves to refine the skin’s texture for a more even, radiant complexion.

Retinol prevents glycation processes (saccharification of the skin), which make collagen and elastin fibers stick together, reduce skin elasticity and thus promote wrinkle formation. In combination with the anti-inflammatory effect of Lavender Flower Water, the development of micro-inflammation in the skin is also counteracted.

Niacinamid – also known as vitamin B3 – as well as high molecular weight Hyaluronic Acid increase the skin’s moisture content, have an antioxidant effect against environmental stressors and strengthen the skin's own protective functions. How is Retinol⁺ Serum used?

For first-time users of Retinol

To allow the skin to acclimate to the powerful effect of Retinol, Retinol⁺ Serum should be slowly integrated into your skincare regimen, starting with onceweekly application. This can be gradually stepped up to daily use over the course of the next 3 to 4 weeks, provided the product is well tolerated.

For long-time users of Retinol

If Retinol is already part of your regular daily skincare regimen, Retinol⁺ Serum can be immediately integrated into your daily regimen.

For alle users

Apply the serum in the evening after cleansing and before application of a (night) cream to face, neck and décolleté.

Important application instructions

The use of retinol products increases the skin’s sensitivity to light. Therefore, we strongly recommended applying the serum in the evening and using sufficient sunscreen during the day.
